Shipping policy
We aim to process and dispatch your product/s on the same day your order is placed, please allow 72 hours for this process. You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your order followed by a message from Royal Mail advising when your product will be delivered. You will also receive a tracking number from Royal Mail so that you can check on your product while it's on its journey to you. It's important to note that our delivery time starts from the moment your order is dispatched by our warehouse.
